Yoga for Bigger or less mobile bodies

A new 5 week Introduction to Yoga course is specially designed for people who would love to try yoga but don’t feel confident walking into an established class.

Lessons are slow paced and the difference is that the yoga has been adapted with bigger bodies or less mobile students in mind. Suitable for all ages and abilities and for students with arthritis, it has been designed to encourage and build your confidence as well as increase your knowledge of yoga.

Benefits of yoga include stress reduction and developing a stronger and more flexible body.
