ABOUT ME

​I worked for a public service for over twenty years before becoming ill with Chronic Fatigue/M.E. I have gradually nursed myself back to health using gentle yoga, massage, meditation and clean eating. I have experienced for myself the damage our demanding lifestyles can cause us and how we can turn that around by being kind and respectful to our body. I have now trained to help others help themselves.

I am a British Wheel of Yoga Teacher (3 year Teacher Training Diploma) and I have trained in Manchester and Thailand to become an Advanced practitioner of Thai Yoga Massage.

My Philosophy

​​Life is fast and tiring enough without putting pressure on ourselves to perform harder, faster and better through yoga. I only teach small classes slow, medative, nurturing yoga suitable for everyone.
